Manage VM


To effectively manage your virtual machines (VMs) in Robeeta Cloud, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Manage VM Option:

    • Navigate to the VM menu and choose the Manage VM option.
  2. Available Functionalities:

    • This section offers functionalities such as Search, Delete, and Edit.
  3. Filter and Search VMs:

    • Use filters such as Zone, Status, and Quick Search to locate specific VMs.
    • Click the Search button to execute the search.
  4. Details Displayed on Manage VM Page:

    • On the Manage VM page, view details including VM Name, VM Code, Status, Public IP, Zone, and Options.

VM Status Life Cycle

Initial Creation

After creating a VM, its status may be unavailable for the first few minutes as computing resources are being allocated.

Status: Creating

When a VM is being created, click the Edit icon in the options menu. In the Edit VM window, the status will be shown as Creating.

Status: In Progress

Use the refresh button to view the current status (In Progress). The status will display the percentage of completion.

Status: Completed

Once creation is 100% complete, the server will update the status to Completed.

Status: VM Starting

After completion, the server will automatically change the status to VM Starting.

Status: Online

Use the refresh button in the Edit VM window to view the current status (Online). The server will switch to Online, indicating that the VM is up and running.

Status: Stopping

When a VM is stopped or turned off, it will show the Stopping status for the first few minutes as computing resources are being deallocated.

Status: Offline

After stopping or turning off, the server will switch the status to Offline.

Status: Starting

When the VM is restarted or turned on, it will show the Starting status for the first few minutes as computing resources are being reallocated.

Status: Online (After Restart)

After restarting or turning on, the server will switch the status to Online.
