The Networking menu in Robeeta Cloud is designed to facilitate efficient management of IP addresses for your virtual machines (VMs), ensuring seamless network resource allocation and control. It includes two main submenus: Allocate IP and Manage IP.
Allocate IP
The Allocate IP submenu enables users to assign new IP addresses to their Robeeta Cloud account. This is essential for ensuring that VMs have the necessary network resources to function effectively. The process involves selecting the desired IP range and specifying the number of IP addresses required. Once allocated, these IP addresses can be immediately assigned to VMs, enhancing connectivity and network management.
Manage IP
The Manage IP submenu provides a comprehensive interface for viewing and managing the IP addresses associated with your VMs. This submenu offers a variety of functions:
View: See a list of all IP addresses currently allocated to your account, along with their statuses and associations.
Attach: Assign an IP address to a specific VM, ensuring it has the necessary network connectivity.
Detach: Remove an IP address from a VM, freeing it up for reassignment or release
Release: Permanently remove an IP address from your account, returning it to the pool of available addresses.
This submenu ensures full control over the IPs associated with your infrastructure, allowing for dynamic and flexible network management. By providing these robust features, the Networking menu in Robeeta Cloud streamlines the process of IP address management, ensuring that your VMs are always connected and properly configured for your operational needs.
