The Manage Mail page is designed to provide a comprehensive and user-friendly interface for managing your email services. Whether you need to view key details about your email account, track usage statistics, or manage users, this page makes it easy to access all essential information in one place.
On this page, you can:
- View detailed information about your email service, including domain name, mailbox size, and expiry date.
- Monitor the storage usage of both your email account and individual users.
- Manage email users, including viewing storage usage and determining administrative privileges.
Edit Mail
On the Manage Mail page, you can easily view and manage your email services. By clicking the "Edit" tag, the Email - View form opens, featuring two tabs: Info and Users.
Info
The Info tab displays important details about your email service, including:
- Domain Name: The domain associated with your email service.
- Max Mailbox: The maximum allowable size for your mailbox.
- Allotted GB: The total storage capacity allocated for your email account.
- Register Date: The date your email service was registered.
- Service Name: The name of your current email service plan.

- Used GB: The amount of storage consumed out of the allocated GB.
- Expiry Date: The date when your email service will expire.
Users
The Users tab shows the email users under this domain, providing details such as:
