Subscription

The Subscription feature serves as an essential reminder system, ensuring you never miss the expiration date of your services. It notifies you both before and on the expiry date, allowing you to stay organized and proactive in managing your services. Whether you are managing product subscriptions, services, or renewals, this page offers all the tools needed to efficiently track and manage your subscriptions.

Add Subscription

The Add Subscription section allows you to easily add your services or products to the reminder system. This feature enables you to:

• Enter the Subscription Name and Subscription Type for the product or service you want to add.
• Choose the Expiry Date to ensure you receive notifications about the service expiry.
• Choose the Reminder Date for when you'd like to be reminded before the service expires.
• Click the Update button to save the details.

This feature ensures you can easily manage all your subscriptions and receive timely reminders about expiry and renewal dates, keeping everything under control.

Edit Subscription

The Edit Subscription section lets you modify the details of any subscription. Whether you need to update the subscription name, type, expiry date, or reminder date, this section provides flexibility to manage your services effectively. Here's what you can do:

• Change the Subscription Name or Subscription Type whenever required.
• Update the Expiry Date or Reminder Date if the service has changed.
• Disable the subscription by unchecking the enabled checkbox to stop receiving reminders for that service.
• Click the Update button to save the changes.

The Edit Subscription feature ensures that you can keep your service reminders accurate and up-to-date with any changes you make.

Manage Subscription

The Manage Subscription section provides a complete overview of all your active, expired, or pending subscriptions. It enables you to:

• View details of each subscription, including the Subscription Name, Subscription Type, Expiry Date, and Reminder Date.
• Filter subscriptions by Subscription Type and use the Quick Search to easily locate specific subscriptions.
• Check the Enabled checkbox to view only active subscriptions, helping you stay organized.

The Manage Subscription page offers an intuitive interface that makes tracking and updating your subscription details easy. With filtering and search options, it ensures that you can quickly access the information you need for effective subscription management.

By using the Subscription feature, you can ensure your services remain up-to-date with timely reminders. This system makes managing your products and services hassle-free, helping you stay ahead of expiration dates and avoid missing important renewals.
