The Msg4 module on the Cloud Solution dashboard within Robeeta Cloud provides real-time insights into SMS and WhatsApp messaging metrics.

  • Balance: Displays the current account balance in INR, keeping users informed of their financial status. The default balance is set to INR 2.00.

  • User Rate: Shows the rate per SMS message, which varies based on the user's purchase.

  • Available SMS: Indicates the remaining number of SMS messages available for sending.

  • Total SMS Submitted: Provides the count of messages sent for the specified user on a daily basis.

Additionally, the module offers visually compelling charts that represent SMS and WhatsApp messaging performance, providing clear and actionable insights.

  • SMS: Displays the count of delivered and undelivered SMS messages on a daily basis.

  • WhatsApp: Displays the count of delivered, undelivered, and statuses with unknown delivery for messages sent on a daily basis.

  • WhatsApp Summary: Displays the status overview of WhatsApp messages sent over the last 7 days, including success, failed, and unknown statuses.
