The Send SMS feature in Robeeta Cloud is designed to facilitate seamless and efficient communication with your audience. Before using this feature, users must register their template, sender ID, and route on the admin portal to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This feature supports two types of messages: transactional and promotional.

Transactional messages are used for essential communications, such as alerts, reminders, otp messages, confirmations, and security verifications, ensuring timely and personalized outreach. Promotional messages, on the other hand, are ideal for advertisements, marketing campaigns, announcements, and other mass communication needs. By selecting the appropriate route, sender ID, and message template, users can send individual messages directly to recipients or reach multiple recipients simultaneously through group messaging. Additionally, messages with links can be sent to provide more information.

While composing your message, the system provides helpful metrics in the message box to guide you:

• Char Used: Number of characters in your message.

• Per Message: Indicates that the first message can have up to 160 characters, and subsequent messages up to 153 characters each.

• Encoding: Uses 7-bit encoding.

• Message: Shows the number of messages; exceeding 160 characters counts as additional messages.

• Remaining: Displays the remaining characters you can enter.

Whether for one-on-one communication or broader outreach, the Send SMS feature streamlines the messaging process, providing a reliable and user-friendly solution for various communication requirements.
