The Manage Group feature allows you to create and maintain custom group identifiers. These groups help organize recipients efficiently and simplify the process of managing message distribution.
Click Add Group: Navigate to Master → Manage Group and click the Add Group button.
Enter Group Name: Provide a friendly and descriptive name (e.g., WhatsApp Contact).
Enter Group Code: Enter a unique system code (e.g., whatsapp
).
Click Update: Save the new group. Click Close to cancel.
Click Edit: Click the edit icon next to the desired group row in the list.
Modify Group Name or Code: Make any necessary changes to the fields.
Toggle Active: Use the checkbox to activate or deactivate the group.
Click Update: Save the changes.
Group Name: Filter groups by entering a group name.
Quick Search: Use keywords to quickly find a group.
Active Checkbox: Filter the list by active or inactive groups.
