The Download feature helps users easily generate and download reports of sent messages and their delivery statuses. With customizable filters and real-time tracking, users can quickly analyze and manage their messaging data.
Key Features
1. Excel Report Download
Export detailed message reports in Excel format for analysis, sharing, or record-keeping.
2. Report Types
Generate reports based on the following options:
- Send Item Report: Details about sent messages.
- Delivery Report: Delivery status of sent messages.
3. Advanced Filters
Customize your reports with these filters:
- Date and Time: Specify a date range.
- Sender ID: Filter by sender.
- Template ID: Filter by message template.
- Status: Filter by message status (e.g., Submitted, DELIVRD, Failed).
4. Real-Time Download Status Tracking
Monitor the status of your report download:
- Pending: The download is waiting to start.
- In Progress: The download is being processed.
- Completed: The report is ready for download.
- Failed: The download could not be completed.
Steps to Download the Report
- Go to the Downloads→ Manage Download section in the msg4 module.
- Select the report type:
- Send Item Report
- Delivery Report
- Apply filters such as date range, sender ID, template ID, and status.
- Click the "Update" button to start the download.
- Monitor the download status: Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Failed.
- Once completed, click "Download" to retrieve the report.
Additional Information
If the download status shows Failed, check the following:
- Ensure correct filter application.
- Check if messages were sent within the selected date range.
- Retry creating the download.
